Vine to Wine Tour- Blue Sky Vineyard & Winery

Enjoy a tour from vine to wine at Blue Sky Vineyard & Winery. Take a short walk through the vines and learn about the varietals that they plant and care for at their estate grown vineyard. From there, the tour will carry through to the wine cellar where the magic happens. Discover some of Blue Sky's wine making techniques and learn what makes their wines unique. Enjoy a guided tasting through Blue Sky wines and savor a special barrel tasting of some of their aging vintages that are not yet available for purchase.

Join Food Works and chat with Chef Josh Galliano, an award-winning chef, a passionate advocate for local food, a resident Southern Illinoisan, and currently at Companion Baking in St. Louis. He often cooks local ingredients with southern flavors inspired from his native New Orleans. Recognized with several awards such as ‘Food and Wine’s Best New Chef: Midwest’ and multiple nominations for the James Beard-Best Chef in the Midwest, Josh instills a blend of locality, technique, creativity, and reverence for the ingredients in the dishes he creates.
