Josh is an award-winning chef, a passionate advocate for local food, a resident Southern Illinoisan, and currently at Companion Baking in St. Louis. He often cooks local ingredients with southern flavors inspired from his native New Orleans. Recognized with several awards such as ‘Food and Wine’s Best New Chef: Midwest’ and multiple nominations for the James Beard-Best Chef in the Midwest, Josh instills a blend of locality, technique, creativity, and reverence for the ingredients in the dishes he creates.
